I'd give a slight edge to Bo being more overrated.
Only reason I say that is because he had the physical tools coming out. Pappoe was always undersized and I think he got pumped up a little because of his camps. He's one of those guys that kills it in combine drills but is never gonna be as big as you need him to be and may not have the instincts needed. Especially at MLB. I've seen him take false steps and bad reads his entire career at Auburn.
Meanwhile, Bo was more productive on the field, but I don't think he came close to what his ceiling could have been with his physical tools.

Pappoe is a damn good football player who got hurt and Bo was rookie of the year. Neither is a bust. Now…Greg Smith? Bust. Sean Smith? Bust. Byron Cowart? Bust. Leon Hart? Bust. Bo and Pappoe? Nah.
