yall are getting pranked hard. My bet is they got word the tail is being tracked and the pilot filed a flight plan to Boise. ATC and pilots here can vouch, filing a flight plan means nothing. You got to open it, and many many many go unopened daily. If it departs and lands , conspiracy folks go at it (even though I think a VFR flight could also be faked but with more risk for the pranker... I would have to give that some thought and research to be sure though).
