That, or, you know, don’t post shite that people need to review

Tough ask these days, but when you keep it to Auburn Sports it tends to work out

Regardless of your politics this appointment (pending the waiver and passage, I guess also pending Biden's appointment as POTUS) is huge for Auburn.

It's pretty cool to lose an alumni BOT member because he was appointed Secretary of Defense. It makes all of our AU degrees worth more.

Or maybe when you do post about Auburn Sports you aren't attacked constantly about your opinion. Think that might work as well?

I don't see anything about a political appointment having anything to do with Auburn Sports. Is he supporting AU or Biden? If he comes on and says War Eagle at the end of a presser I'll say War Eagle back. That make ya'll feel better.

Been told since I joined don't bring politics to the board.

Please explain.
He graduated from West Point
Masters From Auburn
Masters from Weber

So how does one mans accomplishments Make your degree worth more? Just because he is a BOT? Seriously. So if a person with an Auburn degree ends up in jail, does that make our Degrees worth less in your eyes? Come on man, accomplishments are up to the individual and the help they have had along the way. Oh and if you graduated from the same HS that Bill Gates graduated from make those that also graduated worth more? Just asking...

You said that our black AD sucked at his job and his only redeeming quality was the fact that our mostly black student-athletes like him.

You implied that a black, retired 4 star General and current AU BOT member was only qualified to serve as Secretary of Defense for CHAZ (a BLM-inspired shantytown in Seattle).

I think a reasonable person could construe both of those statements as racist.

I think having successful, recognizable people as graduates of your college make your degree more valuable. That doesn't seem too crazy...

People like Tim Cook and Lloyd Austin make Auburn a better college than a college like Troy that has no successful or recognizable alumni.

This is what I said...

I'm sure he will make a great Sec of Def in the state of CHAZ. You have to be President before anyone get appointed. (CHAZ was Antifa and BLM and if you support them more power to you, I personally don't; Again nothing racist at all only a racist would think that's racist. I had no idea what color the General was and didn't care what color he was)

In another thread I said this...

AD Green hasn't shown any sack to make me think he would push for it. He hasn't made one move other then holding down the fort. Worst AD we've had in a long time but he gets along well with the student athletes. Like all great CEO's he's great with the staff in the mailroom. (No mention of Black, Black Athletes... I said student athletes. That means athletes of all colors. I'm sure our Equestrian team is loaded up with POC. Get a grip dude come at me because I don't follow the echo chamber of Gus is bad but calling me racist shows your own racism)

No way you have a degree from AU and you're in technology. I'm just a dumb coach. Want to discuss tech with me openly on the board? It's your expertise. Maybe we can come to some conclusions after a good discussion.

I'm a proud graduate of Montevallo. Never claimed an AU degree.

Criticism of a black person is not racism.

Saying mean things about a black person is not racism.

Saying that whites are a superior race to blacks, IS racism.

You should get up, go look into a mirror, and recite this every time you think about posting here... And then not fricking post here.

I'm no fricking genius, but I am certain that I would fare better if we traded places.

My organization would have some serious service interruptions if you took over as a network administrator.

Your 3A baseball team would probably click along okay if I were to hit them some grounders, fill out the lineup card, and give em the occasional pep talk.

ok try me mister network admin lol. What you want to try me with on technology? Network right? Cisco switches, Vlans, hubs, sans, vm's. You choose the topic I'll question you and you question me. Give you a little idea of the first network I worked on... Windows for Workgroups with a lantastic server on coax. Migrated to Windows NT on cat-5 ethernet with a Novell backbone server, have been an Exchange administrator and Outlook product expert, have done operational stuff on Informatica like stop start abort cold start workflows and such for real time data, SQL migrations, have been a Network systems admin for 170 Windows servers directly and 21K as a group. AT&T is a big place. Southern company also as an Exchange Admin, Remote server managment. So you want to try me big boy. Weird what a coach can do in his 3 summer months with a little knowledge huh

** I make as much in 3 month contract as I do full time teaching. Just getting my 30 years in and then will go full time IT

Good job, Corch.

You said the technology things that you wanted to say.

If you are as experienced and accomplished as you say, you should go into IT full-time. It is more lucrative than teaching.

I don't think you are a racist. I just cherry picked your posts to get you stirred up. Most here probably recognized that...

frick Allen Greene and Lloyd Austin, if they had any nuts or sense about them they would have already fired our dumbass football coach. We don't need idiots like them running our AD, BOT, or the fricking DoD.

Its all good. Yes I'm well versed in technology and enjoy it but my passion is on the field and helping kids. I haven't missed a season either playing or coaching in 42 years. When I step away in 5 years it will be tough but I do want to build a big nest egg to retire on. Education retirement is good and I'll be set but the wife is much younger by 11 years and will want to be done when I'm done and plan to travel some. I've got 4 boys. 26, 18,18, and 15. So I'm almost done with them and I'll be ready to start enjoying life with the wife.

** Edit sorry meant to say I will retire from Education and try to work for Southern full time then until 62.
