Whalen putting his fastball wherever he wants at 95mph with his slider moving sharply at 87-88 is gonna be tough.

Whalen has the juice today. Electric stuff. Him and Hetzler should form a pretty solid closer role. Once tourney time comes around maybe they can be set up and closer and able to pitch each day. Just have to see how their arms hold up as it warms up

Kid is an absolute menace on the bases. Yes he will get picked off a few times this year but will force fast balls to batters to sit on and drive. Need your best fastball power hitter sitting behind him or 2 behind him. If Rembert gets back to full health you proper him at leadoff and Carter to the 2 hole. He’s hard to double up and can bunt. Gets you to the 3 hole behind him
