just watched some highlights, trying to be open minded but I don't see anyway that we go into SEC play with either Frazier or Wallace.

CAP is a bad arse. Love the way he runs. Lot more shiftier than Tre Mason. I believe he will end up being the #1 RB.
WR group looks to be one of the more improved groups imo. Big props to Craig. Louis is a tough kid. Fulse will be a nice target. The holes started opening more when Danzey came in and May end up being #1 over Kozan. Great to see Coleman at #2 and playing. Wallace played better than Frazier, but the starting QB is not at AU yet.
Justin Garrett is the man and will make a big impact on D. Therezie will too. CB playing tougher and Mincy was mixing it up a lot before getting the boot. I like the attitude I am seeing from the players. Holsey is going to be a big contributor. Defensive line overall better play. Carter looks pretty good at end. I believe Frost and Cass will be the starting LB's.
Overall I am excited about our team. They are playing with more attitude and meanness. I think the D Line needs to get a little more mean. Was great to see so many fans and more than I expected, but not by much. Beautiful day and tons of people in Toomers corner. Was a great day and worth my trip from Colorado.

It really wasn't that dirty. Made contact at the shoulder pads, wasn't leading with head, and actually let up a little bit before hitting him.

Was a solid good hit. Not dirty at all. I also liked Jones hit on Payne that stopped him from scoring. He really ran through him and planted him.

I will also add the offense moves a lot faster with no limits put on it. I can only imagine that gets faster as we go forward.

I am not worried if an underdeveloped true freshmen was just alright in the spring game. Wallaceis learning a new offense now and still putting on weight. His ceiling is higher than you are giving credit for.he is a true freshman

Wallace may be a true freshman while playing Spring, but he isn't an inexperienced freshman playing today. So he doesn't get that big of a pass from me. Just as Frazier gets no pass for his poor play. Unless NM is a bust Wallace will not be starting for Auburn. I really like the kid too, but he is only a serviceable QB in my opinion.

I don't believe Wallace received great instruction earlier in the year and he was a project coming in. His HS office was extremely limited in the passing game there is no way he was close to being polished.
Add in that most QBs aren't good fr year (someone already posted stats) and Wallace set fr passing rating record, and you aren't giving him credit. This is the first three weeks of practice in Malzahns office I expect him to not make perfect reads and be hugged percent confident.
Also, he was a twig when he showed up. He won't be great in the run game till he gets to optimal weight. The run that opens up the pas in Malzahn soffense

I understand all that and I get some of you are high on him. I am not except for his leadership and heart. Like I've said before, I would love to be wrong about him.

I stand by my prediction.. JJ get's the job with Nick Marshall getting 5-6 snaps a game wildcat / qb draw style.

I will stand by what I said. The starting QB is not on campus yet. Is it NM or JJ? I don't know. My initial thoughts are coaches hoping NM can take the reigns and let JJ RS. JJ could be so good they can't and your prediction would stand.
With all that said I am a lot more excited to find out after what I saw today.

I don't believe JJ well start but I do believe coaches are waiting for Nick Marshall to announce a starter.
Will be interesting. I believe Wallace will progress but hoping NM will be good enough to beat him out
