quote:

On January 16, 2008, Austin accepted the job as Offensive coordinator at the University of Mississippi, his alma mater, to serve under head coach Houston Nutt. In 2008 Austin's offense ranked 28th nationally scoring 32 points a game up from 20 points a game in 2007.[4

He was HC for Cornell for a few years.

Major portion of his career was spent in the CFL.

Mercenary coaches have interesting timelines and stories. Mine isnt...lol

If that’s the case Hugh will likely be the primary player caller next season.

I could see Kent getting a hand in play calling as well. Freeze really wants to be freed up to recruit the ‘24 and ‘25 classes. Plus I could see Austin following a more Freeze like offensive game plan and play calling since they have done it together for a while.
