We’re probably down to 4 or so TEs

4* Trigg
4* Ferguson
3* McRee
3* Helm

And it’s probably first in the boat. Helm, McRae, and Ferguson are down to a handful of finalists at this point and may decide in the next month. McRae has only visited one of his finalists. Ferguson hasn’t visited any and Helm hasn’t visited several either so I don’t think we’re at a disadvantage anywhere

5* LB Smael Mondon says his June decision was set before the dead period was extended. Says he may or may not commit in June now.

He also told KN he’s really close with TWill. Sounds like they play Madden together often

Looks like 247 sports are incorporating confidence levels into their crystal ball predictions.

KN’s Barrett Carter prediction to Clemson was a 9 which is 1 short of a “lock.” 1 is low confidence. I think.

Found this:
247Sports continues to evolve and one of the network's top features is getting a bit of a makeover.

quote:

Starting today, when a new 247Sports Crystal Ball forecast is logged, recruiting experts will now be required to add a confidence score with their prediction. It will be on a 1-10 scale with 1 being the least confident and 10 being the most confident.

In addition to the confidence score, 247Sports is also taking away the ability for an analyst or writer to be "foggy" meaning that if someone is changing their prediction, they will have to now put it on a different school instead of just backing off and letting things sit untouched.

Keith says we are getting another commit this week. Confidence level 10 out of 10.

Gut feeling is McRae. Any other guesses?

Same or another TE since he said a few days ago the staff expects an offensive commit this week.

Surprised we would take McRee's commitment so early on without knowing how that knee is

Guessing Morris knows him and the coaches, people around him to feel comfortable with the progress from the August ACL. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s seen him on it in some capacity

Wondering too. Plus wasn't he a commit to Ark St? Doesn't seem like he had big time schools after him....so why us?

I saw his video and he looks like a blocker mostly. Got big hands though.

McRee was committed to Texas. He decommitted after offers from Auburn and Alabama in February. He was recently offered by LSU too

In the same thread a guy said its a different player than the offensive player mentioned before. My guess is Jeremiah Williams. 2nd guess is McRee.

Not sure what to make of that guy. The 247 board had a new crop of “insiders” that tag along to KN’s posts with vague comments.

And posters there are gobbling it up. Especially after this run of commitments.

2022 CB Brian Dilworth commits to AU
Could this be the commit people are talking about?

KN said he was 10/10 confident someone would commit this week. He said this commitment was what he was talking about

Also said he found out about this cat yesterday & was not the guy he was referring a few days ago. Says he still expects an offensive commit in a week or 2.

Anyone notice Gus has 3 exclimations in his 2022 Boom commit tweet? I wonder if it's a typo or intentional. We have 2 known commits in Silworth & Stewart.
