Got you covered and should be done tomorrow.

What y’all doing today? So ring up and licking your wounds? Out for a 5 mile walk/jog this morning now watching some NFL and prepping some chicken quarters for the smoker at 3:30.

Done melting now. I actually expected this all off season so I’m over it.

Back to work tomorrow but going scalloping Wednesday and fishing Thursday. Busy week.

About to get out there and clean 10 gallons of fresh bay scallops we picked up yesterday.

Hope yall have a great day

What’s a good place to find parking that’s walking distance to the stadium? I haven’t been to a football game in a minute, I use to park at a frat house and pay those guys, I’m good with doing that also.

I have always used this site for parking, but most are sold out this year. Sorry that’s not very helpful. Usually you can pay $25 in some lots within reasonable walking distance to the stadium.

AU Parking

ETA: You can also use the Tiger Transit app to see where their game day stops are. I know a good number of people park in Tiger Town outside the campus and shuttle from there.

I am going to grill New York strips and serve them with salad, loaded baked potatoes, and shrimp cocktail for the game day meal.
Tonight is Cajun chicken pasta, salad, and garlic cheese bread.
I am saying prayers for our Tigers and hope that all of you have a wonderful weekend.

Steak and salad is one of my favorites. We did that Wednesday night.

That pasta dish sounds great too but wife wont let me have any pasta right now. Maybe in a few months.

Going to the game. I wasn't going to go but got suite tickets at the last minute. Too freaking hot without air con. Hoping for a win...

Deer looks fake.

Monster.

No drinking tonight. Been cutting back. Tomorrow is a different story. Will have some Titos during the day and a brown drink tomorrow night.

Tomorrow will be a packed day. Up early, Gym, walk home from gym to get breakfast. 4-5 mile walk/run after that. Go buy some chicken, do some homework that I brought home while Auburn wins. Keep this board positive.
Smoke some quarters, Dinner then some brown stuff on the back lanai then crash out like ive never drank before.

Work Sunday and Monday then take a few days off. May be driving back to Georgia on next Saturday depending on the weather for my dads 80th Birthday.

Kiddo has the poops so I’ve been home most days this week with him. Ocean is starting to get colder. Several months away from being too cold but the downside of fall is the ocean temp nosediving.

Mounted an older 60” in the garage for football this fall. Need a smoker recommendation if anyone has one

Move south and that wont happen.

We have been debating whether we would put one on the back lanai for months now. I honestly dont want to put one out there. I would love to try some kind of small projector so its portable. I just dont know anyone who has used or has one. Something like the Samsung.

I will give you my opinion so take it for whats it worth. I have had both the ceramic style smoker (Primo XL) and a pellet style (Coyote). I had the Primo for years and years. Got pretty good at smoking on it. It works very well and will last forever if you take care of it. It does however take some time to learn how to use it and it is time consuming.

When I installed my outdoor kitchen, I got a Coyote pellet smoker. I kept my Primo for a while and eventually sold it a month ago. I love the pellet smoker. It is soooooo much easier to use and to clean/up keep. It has electronic controls and I can cook anything on it that I could cook on the Primo plus, it can do 750 deg so I can sear or smoke at 200 deg. The electronic controls keep the temp perfect 99 percent of the time with no effort on my part

If it were me and I was going to just buy a smoker, I would start with a pellet grill. Probably something like a Trager and go from there. Its a little different than what I have but its much cheaper, its portable and it works the same

Check the church off college Street that backs up to the arboretum. Usually cheap and can cut through back lot through arboretum to campus
