As i said, he is one of the best ive seen run the BREAD AND BUTTER PLAY of Gus' offense with a DT QB. He had a cannon arm which connected on the deep ball a couple times a game. And boom, recipe for a nightmare game on defense. His accuracy from a pure passer standpoint was garbage and that's why we had people clamoring for JJ after they saw one half against Arkansas.

My whole point is there isn't a guy more Taylor made for Gus' offense than NM probably. Outside of Cam. If that's what it takes for the offense to work, we might as well just focus on basketball until the next one falls in our lap.

Gotcha. Last year's team was more of what we shouldn't be this year. The OL and RB are making it impossible. I remember '09 with Todd and that is 100% the system we should be running this year. A QB with decent arm talent, and he set AU records with talent that isn't even close to what's here this year. But it isn't going to happen. That '09 team was really bad and it somehow managed to not be a clownshow every weekend. He has shown he is stubborn now and it's going to prove to be his demise.
