I'm sick of the frickin rap songs. Does not get me pumped whatsoever. The 2007 intro was awesome IMO.

frick that song. I'm a metal head but 2007-2009 were terrible.

Awful bands and awful songs.

The rap sucks. I love hard rock. Saliva aint that bad. Not my favorite. But it's better than those annoying arse rap songs.

go ahead that song sucks. I feel bad for you.

Saliva and POD had some decent hits but there aren't considered a top rock band at all. Most people know this.
They were not that bad pre 2002. What was so wrong with the intro in 07? I think it's pretty heavy for an intro.

Same. Who on the team wants to come out to that anyway?

If they came out to Future, Auburn would immediately become one of the most swagged out teams in history even if they went 0-12.

you do make a point there. I'm sure 95% of the people of the team love rap.

Never said it was good. However it is a vastly better hype song than anything POD or Saliva produced. They are a shite stain on the metal genre.

The 07 song, ladies and gentleman, is just a terrible song. That is why it was a bad intro.

There are plenty of good metal songs to use.

I disagree that it's better than POD; Saliva.

They are also way worse bands than POD and Saliva in metal.

The "Ladies and Gentlemen" intro is still the best I've ever experienced and the most united I've ever seen/heard the entire stadium...I mean who doesn't like to yell "BOOM" every now and then

More to the point, it was simple for the fanbase. No complicated lyrics. From toddlers to blue-hairs, Rhodes Scholars to sorostitutes...no one could mess it up.

Yeah, several. Student section was always great, but the rest of the stadium didn't want to sing all that stuff...and alot of people would frick it up towards the end

Yes I'm sure he did. The crowd did like the song but I personally thought it was stupid.

It's funny that ladies and gentlemen brings put such strong hatred for the band... it's really not a bad song.

Look at his post again. I would say the crowd was much more into te 2010 intro than any plot of the 2007 intro.

oh no. They sucked long before that song was ever used as an intro song. I've been a metal fan for a long, long time. They are just terrible.

Intro should be silver wings by Merle. If that doesn't put a fire under your arse nothing will.
