I was happy when I heard he was coming. Pretty nice article about his approach and the relationship he builds with the players. Should bode well for recruiting and processes to succeed.

I wish T-Will had been kept. He and mason would be a recruiting one two punch like no other.

Agree it was time if a true culture change was going to come. T-Will needs to expand his learning under different circumstances and if he's good enough to be a DC maybe he can come back at some point some day.
