Exactly why the next hire has to be good. Otherwise, we start testing the waters TN was in for 10+ years. We can't hire someone who is just a great recruiter. That shite will bite you in the arse if you have talent that doesn't translate to wins. Then you are stuck with a guy who can't win, can't put multiple players in the NFL, and now recruiting takes a nosedive. Of all the coaches brought up, there are 3 that stick out based on there record:

1. Rhule
2. Ciginetti
3. Freeze

All three know how to win, turn a program around, and can recruit.

Talk to me about Curt Cignetti. His FCS record is pretty damned impressive. Kind of getting a Tressell vibe from him (except that he's a decade older than Tressell was when he took over tOSU).
