Last year I bought in to the fact "We Are Young" and yet we managed to go 8-5 and now this season we are worse than last year Chizik and company need to GO!

Dude you guys can't be serious. This is a pipe dream thinking something is going down this weekend. There is no fricking way chiz or anyone getting fired until at least after the season. People are going so frickin crazy cause we are a dumpster fire that they are siking themselves into thinking it will happen. There is a term it's called: delusional

How many times have we been fooled into thinking some of this shite was going to change? Whether it be somebody else starting at LB, coaches saying we were going to try something different or whatever. shite never changes. It is a act of congress for them to do anything different.

I don't get the vibe that he has "inside sources" to any degree more than the average fan that lives in Auburn might have.
He seems to be the message board guy that crunches numbers and analyzes what he sees, just to a much higher level.

Yeah I blew up a little right there. But for real I am a "don't believe it till I see it guy". It just doesn't seem like it would be plausible given that he won a natty less than two years ago. And I agree, I didn't think we would be 1-5 either, but I just dont see them jumping to conclusions and making quick decisions just yet. Sorry guys, but disagree. ST does have inside sources and when he puts out something like this it does have substance and is usually something that matters.

I remember in 1998 (I was a student), the Bowden firing at this same point in the season came out of nowhere. Right now, the consensus is Chiz will not be back next year. It was not like that in '98. I know about the "reason" bowden was fired, but the decision was made very fast.
You start adding things up like the rumor that Chiz was coaching for his job last week, Chiz telling players he will be back, and the silence of our administrators, and I would no longer be surprised to see a change at any time anymore.
And if Petrino is is on a short list for us, we may move sooner rather than later. He is currently available (not like he is coaching someone) and there is a good chance other schools will go after him at year end.
