This is one thing that is concerning me. Seem to have a lot of guys banged up. Outside of Shivers and the known ones like DJ Williams, most haven't been reported as too serious so hopefully with front loading our practices, they'll have enough time towards the end of fall camp to rest and recover.

Bo Nix was the first quarterback on the field.





BUT

Nix has thrown three interceptions, with two deflected off receivers.

Smoke Monday intercepted Nix near the sideline

Cornerback Javaris Davis intercepted a pass deflected off a receiver and returned it for a defensive touchdowns.

Davis dropped a punt return.

The defense is winning the scrimmage.

Also, based on notes, it looks like the first team defense was facing Nix. Unclear if Nix has the first team offense or not

Sounds like Nix and Gatewood both got reps with the 1's and 2's if J. Davis picked off Gatewood at some point.
