I thought he sounded like how a ball coach should sound. Straight to the point, no unnecessary fluff.

I agree, and have for a while. He reminds me a LOT of Venables in sideline demeanor. I actually kind of have grown to like the smartass smirk that they both have, regardless of what just happened on the field.
