Replacing Thorne does nothing at this point. He's not the reason we lost our last two games. He's not great but he is the best chance we have at winning. I get playing for the future but Hank isnt the future so unless you want to run out Walker White that doesn't really hold up as an argument

Miller, Lew, Thorne Hunter, Cam KLS Wade should eb the only starters to keep their positions.
Give me Riley at TE at both blocking and split out. Maybe Rico Walker can do something.
Bench Thompson in the back end and young guy can miss tackles. Go ahead and play the young linebackers. Keep the DL rotation going but increase the rotation to more balanced.
You’ve got 2 weeks to get everyone up to speed. If you want to give Hank a series each half I would understand that as well

Again, 1 bad half vs 2 years of bad games. I still haven't heard you explain how any other QB can do worse than lose.

You can lose with effort (Oklahoma) and you can ALSO lose a locker room once they think the coach is cashed in for the season. Yes, the players love it when you keep starting a player they know gives you no chance to win week after week. The high morale shows all over the field when Thorne is starting.
