Brilliant post, slacker. Will chew on it later. Anywho, slacker, tell me how bad Derick Mason was.

Mason sucks. Nix sucks and is a quitter. What’s embarrassing is how you keep white knighting for mediocre coaches and players. Not sure what happened to you.
Sucks relative to what? BVG or Finley??? Nah
Statistically, I can tell you that you’re wrong. GFY

Interesting. So because Mason couldn’t score points for the offense he wasn’t good enough.

I’m not taking up for them like you are mediocre Mason and Nix

Statistically, Finley and Nix are mirror images of each other (mid to high 50s completion percentage)

If only y’all would critique our Hardashian coach like that
Now show me the offensive achievements other than scaring off star QBs and WRs.
quote:
We want to be relentless; we want to show up in your dreams a little bit,” Schmedding said in the spring. “We talk about that relentless effort all the time.”
That style and philosophy yielded a generally solid season for Auburn’s defense last year, even if it was somewhat overshadowed by the team’s five-game losing streak to end the season—as well as the second-half collapse against Mississippi State that kicked off that tailspin.
Auburn finished last season with the nation’s No. 27 scoring defense, limiting opponents to 21.8 points per game. The Tigers were fourth in SEC play in scoring defense, allowing 25.5 points per contest. While the main objective is to keep opponents out of the end zone and off the scoreboard, Auburn’s defense gave up its share of yards. The Tigers were 60th among FBS teams in yards allowed per game (372.7), but they were tied for 37th in the country in yards allowed per play (5.27). That marked an improvement from 60th (5.62) in that category the year prior, but not quite as good as the 2019 mark of 4.84 yards allowed per play, which was 17th-best nationally.
Now show me the offensive achievements other than scaring off star QBs and WRs.

Finley was 54% passer last year with negative rushing yards
Nix was 61%, a better passer and runner, you dumb frick

Finley had to save mediocre Nix’s arse against Georgia State

And still didn’t start the next week for a reason…because 5 game losing streaks and shite.
I hate having to be right all year long about Mason, and Bo, and Haskins, but you’re better off for it Just keep your head down and drive forward.
Slap anybody that that says something as stupid as “Nix and Finley are mirrored images of each other.”

How did Nix end his 2nd season?

I have good news for you then. You’re not right. So quit hating.

Stats don’t lie. Their first 2 years: both mid to high 50s completion percentage. We’ll see if Finley can top the daunting 61% completion percentage in his 3rd year. My money is still on Ashford taking over eventually btw.

It ended with a 1 loss streak. You say some really dumb shite.

You just called Nix and Finley mirrored images and in no stretch are their stats or strengths even close to similar. You also said a DC that factually did decent last year was the second worse Auburn DC ever.

Ok, so you’re just going to ignore Nix’s season last year just so you can say they have similar stats. You’re a joke.

Got his arse beat 3 out of the last 4 games though. Got his arse beat by South Carolina too (threw the game away literally).

Mid to high 50s completion percentage in their 1st 2 seasons. I said Mason was the worst DC since Ellis Johnson. Learn to read. You’re more emotional than a 12 year old girl. Calm down. Mason sucks. Nix sucks and is quitter.

Neither of those guys had close to the talent Mason had to work with last season. And Roof shut teams down in the 2nd half at least. Mason on the other hand shite the bed and lost games in the 2nd half.
How many rushing yards did GA ST run up on us last year?

Finley had a 54% completion percentage last year. Nix had a 61% completion percentage. Bo is a career starter that throws better and runs better. Finley hasn’t consecutively played half of a full season yet. They’re not even remotely similar

Interesting I literally just said that shite about you.

You actually didn’t. You should comprehend words better.

Well apparently we are running the same scheme and playbook. What are you bitching about now?

You literally threw out Bo’s last season just so you could find stats closer to FInley’s. Anybody can engineer deceptive data.
61% doesn’t compare with 54%. 6-2 and 0-5 don’t compare either.

Now check FInley’s season last year. You can even go to the USCe game

To a directional Michigan school. I won't be missing that soft coverage.

In game coaching and adjustments were just horrible.

Because it’s both of their first 2 seasons. Not sure what is so hard to follow there. Let’s see how Finley does this year. Will he put up 61% or better in his 3rd season? Who knows. I think both QBs are mediocre up to this point.
