The X&Os hasn’t worked out too well lately. I’ll take the 5*.

Maybe they are floating his name so it won’t seem as bad when we rehire Mason?

Assholes on message boards have, over the past several years, tricked other posters into this idea that coaches can only recruit or only coach. They then pick sides and ruin the rest of our lives.

Good coaches do both. The next person that tries the coach ‘em up vs recruit ‘em argument should know that their kids hating them is not just a teenage phase but because they suck arse and can’t be trusted ever again.

He is going to increase his retirement from the state significantly. He has 23-24 years in the Alabama Retirement System now. I believe they take top 3 years of pay out of the last 10? If he spends 3 years at Auburn he could draw more out of retirement then what he was making at Thompson.

Yep. Average of last 3 years is what you get your retirement based off of.

That's one way to get him to stop sending all his players to everywhere but Auburn. He obviously knows what he's doing. He's won 10 state championships and 3 runner-ups. That's fricking video game numbers.

So much melting over hires that haven’t been made. Only a few have been announced and so far the OL hire looks really good.

There are some coaches that cannot do both. Like a Coach Craig or Duckman. Or the Potatoes which absolutely don’t recruit. There can be good coaches that don’t bring both.

You had a really weird post. Congrats on the cheap upvotes. Be better Jones.

Btw in the Hokanson post that “named Grantham a contender,” he named him a coach to watch. He also named Charlie Weiss Jr a coach to watch.

Sorry, you even mention some names in the same sentence with Auburn I’m going to show what I think of it whether it happens or not. Just scroll on by if it offends you.

And if you weren’t referring to my gif then my apologies.

Grantham is a coach killer. Freeze hoping for a buyout already?

You’re welcome for the insight. Also, Charlie Weiss Jr. Is not in contention, but Charlie Weis Jr. is.
