Just looking at the series he is doing on the SEC section of the ESPN website..
Here is what he has so far
Team - Opponent
UK - Louisville
Bama - A&M
UGA - USC
Auburn - Ole Miss
ArK - Auburn
Miss - Auburn
State - Auburn
Vols - Auburn
Seems he thinks we are going to be a whipping boy for these teams to get a win...

My guess is he thinks all the teams above are pretty even and AU is a "swing game" for a lot of teams.
I think our swing games are the two Miss schools really. Beat both and it should set up for a good season considering both are on the front half of the schedule. Split those two games and it will probably be a dissapointing season.

I can't stress enough that Auburn as a team will look a lot better due to attitude and culture change alone. Add in some key newcomers panning out and better coaching Auburn will be a surprise more than once this coming year.

I think that's valid, and my hunch is that those are the teams that are going to prepare that much harder for their game against Auburn. I'd have to look at individual schedules, but beating AU puts most of those teams in a good position for the season.
