He didn’t say what the frick up was. He said something like under immense scrutiny even the smallest deviations from the plan can be amplified and reverberate.

Between Richard Cross podcast and Neal Mcready and Parnhams show, they all say he gone. Mccready flat out said the AU insiders were not putting out stuff about it being done out of respect for Cadillac. He also said there was no way to make it to the IB without it breaking, so didn’t make sense for AU writers to sit on it. I don’t know what Tate wrote but sounds like what Neal was talking about as far as our writers not wanting to leak it. I just don’t see Lane staying after they are full on talking about not letting him coach the Egg Bowl. JGT probably buzzed off 2 Bourbons when he wrote that.
