6 flat forty QB runs right by Big Bust Bryant, but then he throws the ball. Smh

Nice call on the 3rd and 2 would have never done that at AU. Crumbled under pressure

Avalos seems awfully calm for a game this big in his first year.

As bad as the DBs have tackled not sure I wouldn't just throw it to my fastest guy and see if he can't angle it in.

First game of the year, not a conference game and it’s on the road as an underdog.

Outside of those 4 straight 3&outs he did OK

Probably thinking about who he’s going to replace his OC with when he gets back to Boise

Good for Gus.

And now that we've had a game thread where we bitch about Gus, it's officially football season

That 2 Tight set was a nightmare for them for sure. Hope we aren't as stubborn

Glad to have football back. It was some ugly football at times, but it’s still football.

Typical Gus game. Big plays bone head calls excitement and somehow either win a close on or get blown out.

Gus tapped into some of that magic at the end of the 2nd and the 3rd before losing it. But that’s the deal with that guy. Crazy highs, maddening lows

Funny you mention stubborn. I was reading the boise forums game thread and they kept stating “glad to see Andy is as stubborn as we were under harsin”

Good night overall for T-Will. 263 total yards given up and only 20 rushing.

This didn't seem anything like a Boise team though. No fire, no nasty OL, just seemed "off"
