The point is, I don't know. And there is good chance without some insider information we won't know what all has gone on behind the scenes. Speculation is fine but I don't think any of us can speak in absolutes about this situation.

Jahki has very litte meaningful action where he performed well. Monmouth is not meaningful. Just assuming Howard is some tool on the bench sitting in timeout is dumb. Bruce wants to win just as much as the next guy. If Howard was even remotely close to pitching in minutes against Bama he would be out there. Hell he was willing to play Berman for long stretches and allowed Sears to cook him.

I’d rather play a combo of Moore, banged up CBM, slide Kelly down to get some run at the 3 at this point personally. It’s time to only play our trusted players. Howard is not a trusted player

Yea, i don't think it is realistic at this point to count on many minutes from him going forward. Doghouse or not, he just hasn't provided much when on the court and this far into the season, Bruce is probably determined his rotation. Multiple injuries or deep foul trouble is probably the only scenario he sees meaningful minutes in big games.
So, if CBM is as banged up as Bruce says, Moore and Chaney probably help take up some of that slack. Maybe we play some small ball with Kelly at the 3 if some of the bigs get in foul trouble.
