Year / Record / Avg Margin

2018: 8-1 (12.7)
2019: 7-2 (12.1)
2020: 8-1 (7.3)
2021: 4-5 (-1.7)
2022: 9-0 (14.8)
2023: 7-2 (7.2)
2024: 4-0 (19.0)

So far this year, we’ve beaten all 4 SEC opponents by double digits.

Overall record since the final game of 2017 to now is 48-11. Average margin in those 59 games is 9.5.

Longest home SEC win streak during this time was 14, spanning parts of the 2021, 2022, and 2023 season.

The 11 losses are to a lot of the same teams: Texas A&M (3x), Ole Miss (2x), Alabama (2x)… then Kentucky, Florida, Georgia, and Arkansas each once.

During these past 7 seasons, Auburn has the 3rd best overall SEC record at 75-42 (slightly behind UK and TN). We’re 47-11 at home and 28-31 on the road. That’s a remarkable difference.

Before the SEC season, I thought

8-1 Home and 6-3 road would be outstanding 14-4
7-2 Home and 5-4 road would be Very Good 12-6
7-2 Home and 4-5 road would be Acceptable 11-7
