Saban’s first year the roster wasn’t horrible. The culture was bad. Shula had actually recruited ok not elite but had top 10 classes.
We need talent plus culture that’s why I think it takes us to year 3 to see the turn. I’m optimistic but I suspect we are middle of the pack SEC team next season. Hope I’m wrong and we go bonkers and win it all. But ‘25 and ‘26 I expect to be in or right on the edge of the playoffs

We were just 2 plays away from beating uga and Bama. We do that and don't frick the nmstate game and we are sitting at 9 wins and the hype is flowing.

That’s a combined 12-39 in 51 games vs Alabama, UGA and LSU for a 23.5 winning percentage.
I don’t think some people truly grasp how far this program has fallen. This is doormat level bad.
