Our starting line was different against Clemson than UGA/Bama. Casey Dunn got injured vs LSU. And you conveniently left off MSU having a good/great DL.

I forgot about MSU. That is correct. So we batted .500 last season.

KJ being healthy/or not healthy was the only constant between the eggs and good games.
For the stretch of games with Georgia, Alabama, Georgia and UCF to end the season...this holds true.

Auburn didn’t look the same against Georgia (second time around) and UCF with Kerryon Johnson obviously not at full strength.

It is imperative for Auburn to not rely too heavily on any one player in 2018.

That is why I may choose to take a red shirt this year. I feel the team is relying on me only. I need them to feel they can win whether I am the focus on offense or not.

I am having breakfast with Gus Thursday to discuss it all. I will let the board know.

I’m going to need Keef’s take on this for confirmation.

No Keef, no care.

That’s true, but I think we can both agree that a healthy KJ21 could mask some deficiencies on the OL.

IMO, of course.

Do you not even Gus? Last year KJ hurt we tanked, Year before, Pettway hurt and then SW hurt we tanked. I pray to little baby Jesus every day that Stidham does not get hurt. We are that close to this.....

Keef Kneebur –
@Keef247Spots

Listen up my Plainsman, word is Rocky Secrant maybe taking 2018 redshirt. Says unless the team shows some signs they can progress to elite status whether Rocky is toting the ball or not. He loves his brothers but insists there are others who stand with him as the leaders of Auburn. Meeting Thursday am with Gus Malzahn's. More to come..#Cutyour eyesRocky #EyeoftheTiger

Very few teams could lose their starting QB and AllSEC RB and win vs the future NC + top 5-10 Oklahoma w a future Heisman

Auburn held its fifth practice of fall camp, and its first in full pads, on Tuesday with one projected starter held out.

Cornerback Noah Igbinoghene, who is projected to start, was in an orange non-contact jersey and shorts without a helmet or pads. It was not immediately clear why Igbinoghene was out.

Wide receiver Marquis McClain was also in an orange jersey but was in pads.

1st team offensive line: Prince Tega Wanogho Jr., Marquel Harrell, Kaleb Kim, Mike Horton, Austin Troxell
Running backs went through a passing drill in order: Kam Martin, JaTarvious Whitlos, Asa Martin, Chandler Cox, Malik Miller, Shaun Shivers, CJ Tolbert
Players in orange non-contact jerseys: Igbinoghene (no pads), McClain, WR Eli Stove (ACL), WR Will Hastings (ACL), OL Nick Brahms (leg), OL Brodarious Hamm (knee)
Anders Carlson made field goals from 25, 30, 35, 38, 40, 43 and 45 yards with no misses.
Several players changed jersey numbers, including running back Harold Joiner (No. 29 from 22) and offensive tackle Jack Driscoll (No. 71 from 58).

Interesting. Hadn't heard anything about anything to Iggy from the past couple days. Hopefully just precautionary or some other reason.

Didn't Whitlow come out and say it's spelled Boobee? Thought BM said that last week. Which is odd...never seen it spelled like that.
