Non-random question but would like answers / opinions. Why don't hoops players where high tops anymore? Why don't football players wear knee pads anymore. Every is playing in shorts. Why don't baseball players wear stockings anymore? Serious questions - I'm out of touch. I don't get it.

Auburn fans here substantially outnumbering ND fans. Don’t know if it’s obvious on tv.

Barclays center always shows dark on TV- cannot really see the crowd- can see some orange but not much else.
