Lanier,

I'm not sure what I want or need.

I absolutely whack big spots on this:

We catch a lot of these:

I call them Nemo fish b/c they are so colourful.

Sounds like a small spinnerbait or a small jig would be good there. I have actually never heard of that fishery

Smaller floating and broken back Rapalas have always done well for me in streams and small rivers .

I off the fluids for a few months.

Need to drop a few pounds this summer. Gained 15 since I
started sitting in the basement and building baits for 4 straight months…

Got a couple of vacations coming up at the end of the summer and want to look great in my old prom dress

Damnit. No booze for a few months.

When I first posted in this thread I was just starting to give it up. I cut out beer, bread, pasta and junk food. Only been eating lean meats fruits and veggies. It has worked. Shredded most of the fat off the stomach in a short amt of time, got one more week to go til my vacation.

This. Doesn't matter what shape you're in, how old you are, or how much exercise you get. Follow this diet and you WILL lose weight fast, and feel great doing it.

I'm currently in PA Dutch country for a few days, have overindulged in pitza and pasta. Need to get back to basics when I get home.

Totally agree. I have lost 17 pounds by cutting out carbs and sugar. LCHF. Previously in my life I would work out 20 hrs a week and still not drop weight like I did when i gave up carbs and sugar. Still have some work to do on my muscle mass but that issue is partially influenced by age.
