I disagree. I'd love to play UGA/OM again. Not only is it hard to win close games 3x, we obviously can beat them/have better talent. Vandy is a bad matchup with their outside shooting, especially Kornett.

I'd rather play Arkansas/SCAR than UF/UK

Man odds are if a team has won the first 2 they'll win the 3rd and are the better team.

Don't give me that

UGA, Vandy, Ole Miss possibility in round 2 is ugly
I don't want any part of Vandy, but I have no fear of ole miss or uga. We may not beat them, but we have a better chance against them than any other team in the top 10 in the league except maybe bama.

Well when the ladies shoot only 20% in the second half, they will never win like that.

This coached team seems to never shoot the ball well, and if their d doesnt create their offense, then they struggle to find good shots in this offense...

We blew 15ish pt leads twice vs UGA
We blew 24pt lead vs OM game 2 + lost a player mid game 1 in a game we had a shot to tie

They both needed heroics to win in the first two games, they shot some 90% FT and did other things well above their season play

I don't see them doing it a 3rd time

Both teams did it a second time at home. I don't see either team pulling that off in Nashville

I just would rather play a team that we cleary lost due to an AU breakdown than a matchup/outmatched loss

UGA/OM both losses were AU falling apart. We showed we could beat them if we put together 40 min

Vandy/UTk both beat us pretty soundly and aren't great matchups for us

We had pretty much 0% chance of ever matching up with Bama so not really including them (based on scenarios for seeding)

I agree. We lost to both Ole Miss and UGA twice, but it took complete breakdowns for it to happen. I'd rather play someone like that than someone like Vandy that beat us like a drum.

I don't think Vandy would beat us that bad again but they are a matchup nightmare for AU

Wiley doesn't defend 15FT+ shooting centers, so there is no way he can cover Kornett shooting 3s. McElmore would be dominated inside vs a skilled senior 7ft center

Add to that our complete failure to defend dish out 3s and Riley LaChance being on Vandy.

I'm not going to argue that we are playing good defense, we sure AF aren't

I just don't see how every team shoots 60+% vs Auburn. Watching TN/Bama and TN is 1/11 3FG despite having at least 5-6 wide open 3s

I watch guys shoot 40-50% in warmups only to shoot 60% in game vs AU. So frustrating

Its like in football how QBs who normally suck turn into Tom Brady against dropping balls on dimes even when we have tight coverage. And all their WRs turn into Jerry Rice catching everything.

South Carolina shoots 34% from 3 on the season but shot 50% against us with mostly contested shots.

We have some shitty lucky tbh

You mean not being able to show enough effort to defend the 3? Try being a Hawks fan.

I'm a little worried Dunans tries to do too much today and Mizzou plays well. Not feeling confident.

Missouri making contested 3s and even backboarded one. Lucky fricking play

So Bryce Brown has hit >50% 3FG in 6 of previous 8 games and shooting ~58% on 45 attempts during those 8 games

The way we are moving and sharing the ball on offense is fun to watch. Hope they keep it up.
