Pitching. Yes we have good pitching coaches but we are very inexperienced at this level with our arms. Butch is doing about as much as he can with 3 new starters 2 new middle relievers and trying to find the correct closer. It’s pretty tough when you don’t have one pitching spot filled. Gonzo would help one spot to build around but he is a week away yet again.
At this point with the position player injuries at least getting some of them slowly back maybe our bats crank up again and we can win games 8-6. Don’t get swept if possible and close out the conference schedule close to .500 and maybe get a 2 seed in a regional and see where we can go with it. We have lost a ton of arms from the last 2 seasons

Bello needs to get healthy and start hitting. LaRue omg is so bad at the plate. I think he’s hitting something like .106.

Have they given a better update for him? Last Caldwell reported it sounded like it could be awhile (up to 6 weeks was even a possibility).

Foy it was phrased weirdly . I was hoping It was 2 more weeks for a total of 6. Regardless he’ll be on a big pitch count when he comes back.
