Is another 2007 brewing?

Probably not because Alabama would’ve lost to USF….

Thorne had a hell of a game besides two bad decisions.
One bad decision. The ball bounced off the WR. It should have been caught.

My bad! Ashford had some good positive vibes about him on the sidelines and in his drive at the end, hopefully he will be a contributor going forward.

It was a bad decision. He threw across his body in the redzone. Try to be impartial for one just one second in your life.

He had more than one. Throwing downfield to Fair, I think in triple coverage when he had someone (don't remember who) wide-arse open 20 yds downfield was a thing of ugly. He got better as the game went on though.

One of Thorne's interceptions came after a first-and-goal from the 1 and the other was on a deep ball where he didn't spot an open receiver.
This one. Need to rewatch the game a time or two.

ETA - in a real game, he wouldn't have thrown his 1st int. We would have pounded the ball in on the ground. We were "working on things", not playing a real game at that point.

OT - after hearing and seeing nothing but Prime for a few weeks, especially this morning on Gameday, I hope CSU beats the dogshite out of the Buffs.

Look at all the white he threw into. I dont think it was a drop either. Clearly a bad decision

Hit hooks on the shoulder. Can’t get a much better throw. He probably shouldn’t have thrown it but damn that’s a clear frick up by Hooks and Fair dropped an easy TD on the bobble on the out play just prior to it. That’s what you get when you rotate QBs you get QBs that try to make things happen.

The throw into double coverage was terrible especially when he had the crosser at the 1st down marker wide open.

Was a good night overall for the QBs. We still have a long way to go to be a good team. Looking at 7-5. I’m here for it and ready to get better

Freeze agrees with me. Hit our guy on the shoulder and should have been caught. Eat shite

I'd argue their number two defender tipped that ball up.

It was a fricking tipped ball in the redzone for an INT. Are you shitting me?

you would be wrong, as usual

He threaded the needle through defenders and hit his WR in the shoulder with a perfect pass. Deny it all you want, but if Robby makes that throw and it bounces off the WR chest, you would be saying the same shite.

To do their fricking jobs. Block downfield, catch ball that you touch with your hands or hit you in the pads, run better routes, get separation (from dbs and from each other). etc. I'd almost argue we have too many (under performing)receivers, and one or two are still out. Can't recall the name but he ran with the 1's all fall. Mardner.

Number 2 clearly tipped that ball up. and that pass in the red zone is a dumb pass.

If your point is that throwing across the body into traffic allowing the ball to get tipped up by the defender is a bad decision then youre welcome.

If I actually thought it was only a clean drop I wouldnt say anything at all. I would be bitching about the wide receiver. But it wasnt a clean drop. Number two clearly deflected the ball and Justin Ferguson agrees with me there. It wasnt a smart pass to begin with.

No one said it was a smart pass.

Like I said that’s what you get when you rotate QBs. They try to prove something
