McLeod and Rogers were the only ones that were impressive, and Rogers is in terrible shape. Sorry, but I’m not going to get my hopes up over guys like McAllister that couldn’t start at Vandy.

I would rather be positive going into the season until we stink it up rather than the other way around. Freeze will not be like Malzahn running into a brick wall and over again thinking something will change. He has a history of making adjustments in game to create opportunities. The irritation that is being sensed in his pressers is his expected realization of our deficiencies and talent gaps wrt other SEC teams. Teams like Bama and Ga will be a tough out as they will have a stable of RBs and WRs and it will be tough to stop a 2D attack. I don’t know enough about Aggs other than they are super talented and underachieved last year. Arky - KJ and Rocket will need to be stopped on the ground. 7-5 is what I also feel is possible but won’t be surprised if we drop one more or win one more due to home field advantage. One thing I certainly hope for is that fans in JHS show up and go bonkers no matter what, like they did for the TAMU game last year.

Everyone of the board is very concerned with our ability to stop the run but you gotta pop off at the mouth like we are bad mouthing the players. Grow up this is a football discussion board. Have a little thicker skin everyone isn’t always gonna agree with your sunshine.

Also about bad mouthing I won’t make it something I do normally but if someone plays like shite I’ll call them out. Theses aren’t amateurs playing for school pride anymore these are pro athletes that play for a college team I pull for.

Obviously under the lights in a packed stadium is a different animal, but he hit a 58 yarder today that supposedly had enough leg for 65. I’m optimistic about him. He’s a freak to have that kind of distance at his size.
