Easily with coaches timing.

Has Auburn ever put out their time of the flash?

If Sammie Coates ran a 4.18, the flash will be faster than Bo.

KN says if prince OV’s this weekend it means Auburn has room to take him. Also said we should know today if Auburn has room.

I’m guessing that indicates Frazier is intending to announce today

Yeah. There's talk of us being able to take 28 now. Some on Rivals are saying they expect a spot to open up in the class because they expect Leonard &/or Barrett to move on allowing us to take the juco DB.

However my understanding of the rules is players currently on roster leaving has not allowed more spots to open up under the 25 yearly new enrollee limit in the past.

Frazier made a huge rating jump on ESPN from 76 (mid level 3*) to a 80 (4*) & that also gives him a 4* on the composite.

KN has posted a ton of stuff on Frazier today. Links to highlights, updates on the rankings, etc. Feels like he might know Frazier is picking AU

Did ESPN keep Chris Thompson Jr at 76th overall in nation?

Don't mistake overrated for BAD. He's an SEC level prospect I just don't think he will ever be a starter. I could easily see him being like PawPaw Atkinson and matching against run teams as a hybrid safety/LB type player.

Not to mention he has one of the best offer sheets of any recruit this cycle. That’s a lot of teams that would be wrong if he doesn’t pan out at Safety.

Yeah, if he doesn’t work out at Safety then he’s got a great shot at being a good LB.

Too early to know how his college career will go

He definitely has ideal size and you never know what a year in an elite S&C program can do for a kid.

At this point I'm more interested in if we get a well qualified technical coach for the DBs to go with CrimeDog and how Sherwood and Smoke develop over the next 6 months.

I know this is kind of rambling but at this point do you think we should go to a 3-4 defense base as opposed to a 4-3 since coach G isn't the greatest at developing pass rushers. We could let Crime Dog handle corners and safeties and hire a Buck/OLB coach to go with Twill (ILBs) and free up TWill to learn more of the coordinating from Steele. Just a wild thought thinking about the DBs and trickling down.
