Auburn Tigers recruiting: Early Signing Period nears (247)
quote:

The second edition of the NCAA early signing period, a three-day window that allows recruits to sign National Letters of Intent and end their recruitments without waiting until February’s National Signing Day, almost is upon us.

From Wednesday-Friday, football prospects can put pen to paper and end their recruitments. That's when most early enrollees sign. But even those who won't graduate from high school until late next spring have the option of doing so.

During the 2018 recruiting cycle, the NCAA first allowed the early signing period and a little more than 75 percent of the 5/4-star recruits in the industry generated 247Sports Composite took advantage of the new rule. Of the recruits already committed nationally, 80 percent of them signed early.

If last year taught us anything, it’s that a majority of the action will take place Dec. 19.

Several Auburn commits and targets are looking to sign early. Some of these recruits will announce their commit decisions prior to the early signing period. Below, here's a look at some notable recruits and when they plan to sign.

MSST mod say she will keep his CB on Derick Hall on the Bulldogs but is not confident at all. Thinks it's an even race between AU & MSST

Pickens tells AU fans to "stay calm" about his recruitment

Mentions again that he loves playing with Bo but also shouts out Malik Willis & Joey Gatewood. Thinks it will be a good competition. Reiterates that Gus answered all of his questions on OV & reaffirmed his commitment
