JaVarrius Johnson: 243 yards, 2 TDs. He’s got 494 yards on 25 catches through just 3 games.

Nix: 17/29, 300 yards, 5 TDs 0INT

He’s 47/89, 581 yards, 8TD/1INT on the year

Handy: 8 TFL on the season through 3 games

Pickens: 326 yards, 3 TDs through 3

KN had a VIP update on 5* LB Nakobe Dean. Dean continues to say he will take an OV to AU but has no date set yet. Says he talks to the coaches a bunch & has a good relationship with them despite not making it to campus much because of "miscommunication". He wants to study either chemical or mechanical engineering & claims academics will play a big role in his decision. Says Bama & OM talk to him the most. Says his mom feels he would be safe at AU


Let's see if he takes that OV. Not optimistic on AU's chances

3* S Jamal Hill told KN after visiting for Bama State game that he will commit when he gets an offer. Apparently Greg Brown is going to watch him play this Thursday. AU has been evaluating him for awhile. Tigers want one more DB which could either be a CB or S


We in a really good spot at DB with Pritchett, Logan & Hill eligible for that final spot

2020 OG Tate Johnson visited for the Bama State game with teammate & AU commit 4* OG Keiondre Jones. Says AU offer would be "huge" for him. Says he grew up a UGA fan but that won't factor into his recruitment. Says AU has been very positive on what he's done this year but are continuing to evaluate him

AU had a recruiting insider up Saturday. Here's summary

- One surprise visitor was OM commit 4* DE Sam Williams. He's #6 JUCO player in country & a Buck target. Says doesn't think this means anything has changed with Derick Hall but that AU is making sure they cover all their bases & may end up taking 5 DL

- AU is giving 3* ATH Jamal Hill a good look. Only one DB spot left in the class

- 3* DL Jamond Gordon was at OM game but coaches were aware & not worried. KN says tho will be something to monitor moving forward

- Both 4* WR George Pickens & 2020 4* QB Robby Ashford were at the game Saturday. Big to get both on campus for a not very big game. Also Bo Nix made it along with 2020 3* QB Griffin Brewster

- 2020 WR EJ Williams made it to the game & KN says Pickens was one of the first ppl to greet him. CLEM is a major threat as he's close with former teammate Justyn Ross but says that AU is currently still his leader

- 2020 4* LB Cameron Riley made it the game. He's going to be one of the top instate prospects next class & it's probably gonna be an AU/BAMA battle

- 3* RB Tahj Gary attended 2nd straight AU game. VT is probably favorite to land him right now but if AU pushed they probably get him says KN. But also doesn't think Gary will wait a lot longer

- Recent Tennessee commit 2020 ATH Kristian Story was at AU game. Bama is thought to be his new leader but AU is trying to make this a race

Alright final update. AU had an insider up this evening. Here's summary

- AU is still after Bama commit 4* DL Justin Eboigbe. He's close with Rodney Garner & KN says according to AU & another team they don't think he solid to Bama. He plans to OV to AU this fall & there's a chance he takes an unofficial for LSU game. That's kinda a huge development. Would LOVE to flip this dude

- No sunshine for 4* DL Nathan Pickering tho. Chance he may OV but not great chance. KN thinks he sticks with MSST

- 4* ATH Cam'Ron Kelly is using his final OV for a trip to AU this Saturday for LSU game. Will only be his 2nd trip to Plains & first game. AU gonna let him start out at CB but has talent to move to safety if needed

- 2020 4* RB Roydell Williams expected at AU game. This is an AU/BAMA battle right now. He rushed for 394(!!!) yards last week. He & Tank Bigsby appear to be AU's top targets. Bigsby was at AU/WASH game & will probably be at LSU game

- KN says OVs for Derick Hall & William Putnam fall at good time. Both are off this week which means they can get in on Friday. Coaches watched both play in person last Friday
