Meh, NSD will never be what it was given the new signing period.

Again, we weren't the favorite with any of these guys

Most of the guys today were not favoring anyone. They were there for the taking, and Auburn couldn't close.

I'm just a realist. Continue pumping sunshine and rainbows out your arse while Auburn falls further and further behind our rivals.

we don't get to the NC in 2010 or 2013 or even the SECCG this past year with the talent Tuberville recruited

the league is lightyears ahead of where it was, recruiting-wise, when Tubs was here

We were behind on Ross, Chase, Langham, and Gouriage.

Your first and second sentences here contradict each other.

I'm enjoying the fact that Bama missed in 3 big targets in Walker, Brown and Ross. That empire has lasted too fricking long

That is true. And like I said, I'm not sold on Kirby.

I'm sold on Kirby as a recruiter and a competent coach, but I'm with you in that I think it's premature to stick him in Saban/Dabo territory for the moment.

They were scary efficient and consistent last year though. Let's hope that doesn't continue.

The East was scary horrible last year too. And they were overly fortunate with injuries. In the games against good competition (Auburn, OU, Bama), those teams went up and down the field on them. How OU lost that game, I have no idea.

Let's not forget how bad his first year in 2016 was.

Was an OT by the name of Doug Johnson ever a take for Auburn?

Saw a tweet where he committed to fau over Auburn and laughed. 247 says Auburn offered.
