3-star 2019 WR George Pickens, Hoover, Ala.
1 catch for 18 yards
18-yard touchdown reception
63-0 win vs. Tuscaloosa Co. (Ala.)
He's actually a composite 4*

4-star RB Harold Joiner, Birmingham, Ala.
16 carries for 85 yards
3 rushing touchdowns
2-point conversion pass completion
51-50 win vs. Spain Park (Ala.)
In a dream world Joiner would sign as an H-Back and gives us a true multi purpose player at that position. It ain't gonna happen

KN says Anthony Schwartz is taking an unofficial visit this weekend. AU running #2 to UF right now
I have warmed up on Schwartz this season as he's having a fantastic senior year. Worried he was too much track and not really a wide receiver but he's done some really good stuff early in the year
Would still take Seth Williams and Justyn Ross along with our 2 commits over him but not as down on him as I was over the summer

We gonna get him?
If he visits for AU/OM, then I think we get him. If not, then that means he will be committing without having visited AU since Georgia Southern which doesn't look good...
So we will see what happens over next few weeks

Yup. Looks like they got 3 QBs committed and Littlejohn was the odd man out. KN said that AU is not pursuing right now which is a little disappointing because I think he's underrated

UGA just offered Matthew Hill

Auburn will host 2 major out-of-state visitors for Ole Miss game next week (SECCountry)
Bama fans don't seem convinced he will stick with them. I know FSU has been feeling more confident. Said it before but I think it comes down to who get him to visit last. He's prone to visit highs

Auburn to host Bama commit on third visit in 2 months
Mark down Alabama commit Quay Walker for another Auburn visit.
The 4-star outside linebacker from Cordele, Ga., will visit the Plains for the Ole Miss game on Oct. 7, he confirmed to SEC Country. To my knowledge, it’ll be his third visit to Auburn since the end of July, so it’s time to consider the Tigers as a legitimate threat to flip him.
The Tigers won’t be the only ones attempting to do so.
Walker has shown interest in Florida State, Georgia and Auburn despite being committed to Alabama. For the most part, Florida State and Georgia have been the programs seen as most likely to pull off a flip, but Auburn has to be firmly entrenched in the conversation.
Seeing as this is the third visit since July, let’s take a look at the other two. The first came for the summer cookout.
Walker attended the cookout for what was believed to be his first Auburn visit since committing to Alabama. For this trip, he was decked out in Auburn gear, head-to-toe, with a T-shirt and sweat pants. He declined to do interviews, but allowed reporters to take pictures in his Auburn clothes. He issued a cryptic message when asked whether a flip was possible: “You’ll see.”
The second visit was almost as cryptic as that last message.
Walker went to Alabama’s home game against Colorado State when Auburn played Mercer. On his way back to Cordele, Ga., he stopped by the Plains to hang out with a few of the commits in town, as well as his high school teammate Markaviest Bryant. Walker stayed in Auburn overnight. There wasn’t much else to report from that, but it’s worth noting he spent the night after being in Tuscaloosa.
Against the Rebels, the Tigers will have another chance to sell Walker.
Bama fans don't seem convinced he will stick with them. I know FSU has been feeling more confident. Said it before but I think it comes down to who get him to visit last. He's prone to visit highs

Top Florida WR sets visit for Ole Miss game
Walker won’t be the only long shot to visit Auburn that weekend.
Anthony Schwartz from Plantation, Fla., will return to the Plains for the Ole Miss game. He’s unofficially visited the Tigers twice so far — once for the spring game in April and once at the end of July.
Schwartz has been viewed as a Florida lean from start to finish. It would be shocking to see Auburn steal him away, but the Tigers should be considered the biggest threat to the Gators here. One of Auburn’s commits from Florida has told me that he has stayed on Schwartz throughout the entire process, and that diligence is paying off.
With that said, he still believes Schwartz will end up at Florida. Either way, getting him back on campus for a third unofficial visit this year will be critical.
Pretty sure that AU commit is Shaun Shivers. Both are big track guys down there in FL

Bo Nix injures ankle, out indefinitely
In a bit of somber news, Auburn 2019 quarterback target Bo Nix will be out a little while with an injury.
Nix is Auburn’s top target in the 2019 class, but he will be limited for a majority of the 2017 season with a fractured left ankle. He injured the ankle during his team’s shutout victory over Jasper (Ala.) over the weekend and has confirmed that it’s fractured.
Nix’s timeline for recovery hasn’t been set, though he’s hopeful he’ll participate in the team’s playoff run.
That sucks... How's he supposed to get that 5th star on the sideline?

Badara Traore to take another official visit
Here’s the away visit to watch if you’re an Auburn fan hopeful to land 4-star tackle Badara Traore.
So far, Traore has only taken an official visit to Auburn. That’s expected to change this weekend when he attends Baton Rouge for LSU’s matchup against Troy. LSU has always been publicly hinted as the leader, even though Traore hasn’t specified that.
Traore is the No. 1 junior college offensive tackle in the nation. He officially visited Auburn on July 14, but he hasn’t taken any since then. This trip to LSU will be his second, but he’s expected to take all five of his official visits.
Would not be shocked if he committed on the trip. Always felt this dude would end up at LSU

Major Auburn DT target Coynis Miller sets commitment date, names final 3 (SECCountry)
quote:
The end is near for Coynis Miller’s recruitment.
Miller, a 4-star defensive tackle from Birmingham, Ala., announced via Twitter that he’ll announce his college decision on Oct. 14. He will decide between Auburn, Alabama and Florida. Since taking his first visit to Gainesville, Fla., over the summer, Miller has called the Gators his public leader.
Despite Miller’s public declaration, Auburn is seriously in this thing.
“It’s not that big [of a gap],” Miller told SEC Country earlier this month. “They’re probably head-to-head. Auburn can come up and steal it at any time.”
With a little more than two weeks until Miller’s pick, there are only two home games left for Miller to attend Auburn. It won’t be this weekend, as the 4-star prospect will attend the Alabama game. Miller said he’s “not sure” if he’ll make it for Auburn’s game against Ole Miss. It’s possible he makes a non-game visit for his final trip to Auburn.
As far as predictions go, eight Crystal Ball picks have been made for Miller. Five of them favor Auburn, and three of them project Miller to go to Alabama.
