I think Thompson wanted that first game to make sure we were in the playoffs. I don't think he was trying to win the tournament. Rest up and get those arms ready.

I agree. No way we were going to win this tourney. But to be no hit and run ruled? Jesus have some pride in hitting at least. I don't care about losing this game, just how it was lost was a little concerning.
