Losing this series, especially being swept is inexcusable... you can't fire the HC but you sure as hell bench the dead weight... auburn pisses away yet another golden opportunity

Its kind of bullshite. I understand Bama is the worst in conference but we also won 6 SEC series that includes sweeping UF and winning against Ark(Ranked), MSU(Ranked), USC, UT and UGA. The bama sweep hurt but 6-2 in the SEC series this year. WTF. We really gotta make up ground this weekend. frick LSU

How many runners did we leave on base last night? Seemed like at least 13-14.

The problem with a lot of posters on here is that you have allowed Auburn's recent successes to give you unrealistic expectations. Regardless of our recent slide, it has been an extremely successful year. Proud of this team. Things are only looking up from here.

I think everyone understands it has been a good year, but anytime a year like this starts to go sideways it is very disappointing. Especially when the team has played well and beat some teams even short staffed. I think any fan would be upset when they watch a national seed slip away in 4 straight losses to teams that should be beat. Winning out may have been an unrealistic expectation, but losing 4 in a row is an unacceptable drop off this late in the season for a team that has proven to be better than anticipated.

That's fair that we should not have lost the last 4 games in a row, but we were on such a high that there was no other way to go but down. I feel like for the majority of this season this team has far outpaced its actual ability level. We are good, but not top ten good.
