Maybe Daniel pitches again? Doubt they would throw Thompson on such short rest. I felt bad for Lipscomb last night..he made two mistakes all night and otherwise pitched a great game. That last walk was a big one though.

I would think Thompson knew dropping one game was a real possibility. He probably has a game plan. Let's get it.

Does anyone have baseball season tickets? I am thinking about buying a few for myself and family next season. I see where you can upgrade to premium seating. Wondering what that actually means.

They used to have all you can eat seats but doesn't look like it anymore.

If you got something more than a thank you letter from Butch, I'd imagine they'd advertise it. Probably more likely to get better choice of seats though

So what's our roster looking like for next year? Is Butch bringing in some arms?

Let's set the stage for you guys:

If we win tonight, and Sam Houston State manages to take the Lubbock regional, Auburn is hosting a super regional next weekend.

Just so we can get our hopes wickedly high up before reality takes them back down.

Tanner Burns has a low-mid 90s FB. If he was 3 inches taller he'd be a first rounder. Mr. Alabama. Two-way player. Absolute stud. He could contribute as a closer next year, possibly. Also signed a 6'7 lefty from GA that is supposed to be pretty good.

if Sam Houston State wins I can't decide if it's the most we are Auburn thing to do to get absolutely hammered by FSU or win on a walk off grand slam.

Easy to say in hindsight, but why even pitch to Dylan Busby up by 1. Pitch to the next guy. (NOTE: said it at the time, pick who wanted to pitch to)

So is FSU out of pitchers as well?
