-AU likely legit contender for #1 juco player WR Taj Williams
-biggest reason Coach Craig
-they have a strong relationship from when CDC was # FSU & Taj @ Lincoln in Florida
-Taj May visit AU in May
-TCU could be the team to beat
-Taj told TCU 247 site TCU led.
-Luper is Taj's primary TCU recruiter

-CDC will visit Nate Craig Thursday

-Rhett will see juco OL Garret Bolles this week
-Grimessaw him Friday
-highly likely he visits AU soon

-AU will see Elijah Holyfield May 8th

-Thompson likely to see OL Juaun Williams this week

-Rhett or T-Rob likely to see Broussard this week

-new names may pop up from South Florida as T-Rob will spend a full week down there during eval period

its looking like his commitment could come within the next 1-2 months, and considering he hasn't even visited Auburn since Muschamp has been hired on staff....that ain't good.

My hope is that if Rochester goes there that somehow this gives us an in with Derrick Brown. Both are studs and I'd be pissed if UGA got both while already having Trent Thompson on campus.

Have you not paid any attention to his recruitment? He has not visited AU at all this calendar year? In that time he has visited UGA at least 4 times. He is close to ending his recruitment. Just trying to get him here for BCW is basically a hail mary in itself. In football terms we basically took a 28-0 lead after the 1st quarter, then as things look now UGA pounded us the rest of the way to basically be up 49-28.

FWIW I never said it was not a big deal. Yes IMO he is soft & needs to develop a motor. However losing him is a very big deal, disappointing, & frustrating. Here's why. He's 1 of the top 2 or 3 guys on our staff's board regardless of position. We had a huge lead for him in December. Give credit to UGA for what they have done but we have also dropped the ball here too. There is no way you go from leading big to getting no visits down the stretch & likely trailing big w/out dropping the ball & getting your arse whipped. It's extremely frustrating to see the staff get their arse handed to them for a major target they want & once led for.

Sorry but you have paid enough attention to his recruitment that a rush of CB picks should not have you wondering what's going on nor surprise you. Him committing soon is nothing new. For most of his recruitment he had planned to end things fairly early.

Some of us don't keep our eyes glued on every detail of a high school kid's life. Then, when we ask a question about something, we ask it with the best of intentions and shouldn't have to go through a shaming-process in order to get an answer.

Either that or just don't bother answering if you don't think its worth your valuable time.

If you'd like for people to be on "your side" in this joint, you might want to keep that in mind instead of taking out your ongoing frustrations with another poster on a bystander.

Take that advice for what its worth (probably not much).
