Just for the fun of it I looked at what is the best possible finish we could have and where we would land in the rankings. So I chose NCM, Landon Dickerson, Rashan Gary, Derrick Brown, Ben Davis, Jayvaughn Myers & Nigel Warrior. Would be a 301.25 score which would put us in the 2-4 range. Now it aint gonna happen but shows how in it we are for a top 3 recruiting class

Chad Simmons says he is hearing tons of chatter about Nigel Warrior to AU. He even changed his prediction from UT to AU.
I still think he goes to the Vols, his official visit there is this weekend.

He feels AU has a true shot & is hearing a lot of AU from people close to NW. He has AU the team to beat right now.
Now the cynics may say Nigel's people may be just trying to draw up drama or CS may be doing that himself.

Let's be honest. David Marshall has a very low % of making any difference in college. It is probably for the best he takes up a spot on UGa's roster.

lol, actually it shows how not "in it" we are for a top 3 class since we have 0 chance at three of those players (3 of the top 4 you listed at that) and a .01% at another.
We just need to make sure we don't blow it with the brothers, get SDJr, and hope for Brown. Price or Sammons or whatever else would be a bonus.

Ok my wording was bad. What I meant was we are in the race for enough top talent that we COULD land a top 3 class. But like I said we aren't just was curious in a perfect world was the best possible landing spot for us this season

I mean I hope you're right but I'm not going to spend one second being hopeful about it. To me it's nothing more than sites trying to build drama before NSD. It would be totally out of left field for him to pick us.

someone had mentioned an interview w/ Warrior's dad basically spilling the beans that he was headed to UT.
