"(Craig) recruits with a real-life approach as opposed to just selling the school," Ron Davis said. "I want to be able to turn my son over to someone who I know is going to take care of him as opposed to him burying him in the depth chart and allowing him to do things he shouldn't be doing. His mother and I have done a great job of raising him, and we want to feel comfortable."

I can't confirm but on the UGA board they said Kyle came out the next day and pretty much shot those comments down saying his dad doesn't know what he's talking about and that he's a track guy anyway and his mom will have much more sway on his decision than dad.

If I'm a coach I have better things to do than take time hosting a kid who is 100% going to play for my biggest rival.

Probably just want to leave a good impression on him. These kids talk to each other a lot and just because he is a bama lock the recruits he talks to aren't. Also kids this age are very impressionable there's always that small chance he hits it off with one of our recruits and wants to play with them ect..
Prime example.. Keef said Mbosse and Nick Coe hit it off today after meeting for the first and landing one will get the other now.

Rashaan Evans is one of the all time anomalies of recruiting. Who knew his dad was a bitter schmuck after all these years?

Keef says that AU is trending big time with Marlon Davidson. Also says as previously mentioned two team race for Antwan Jackson AU and OSU

I never said he was, did I? But as a coach, you keep plugging for the top LB in case he is an anomaly like Evans.
