This could just be spin city by AUR but if true the Micheal Boykin recruitment is weird. They are saying they learned tonight he was not a take for AU. And get this, they say we were recruiting him at offensive tackle not DE.

I don't think our recruiting will pick up until Mushchamp shows what he can do defensively in Gus's system. Lord willing and the creek don't rise, a good defensive showing will not only net us a couple of 5 star guys but also a NC

I know everyone does it, but I think people negative recruit the hell out of us... I saw this when Pass said we wouldn't have him "NFL ready"...

We lost Boykin because we slow played him. Louisville made him a priority and earned his commitment. There's not much else to the story, honestly.

I wouldn't mind Boykin at OT. He clearly has the athleticism and the frame. Regardless, we screwed up by slow playing him

considering their track record with dual threat QBs, I think they should look to more pocket QBs anyways.
