My only question is how did they get such a massive block fo seating cleared out?
Roped it off for sure and I believe had an usher there to make sure it did not get fricked with.

Fans can do chants. It happens at OVs for basketball games every year. SCar fans did it with Lattimore a few years ago.

If I remember correctly, Maryland fans printed t-shirts for Stephon Diggs at their basketball game as well.

Why did he not visit this weekend? Just a scheduling snafu? I know he's coming the last week but wish he had been part of this special weekend.

I meant along the lines of where did they get the tickets for an entire section? Did they tell season ticket holders to move seats or something?

Do we have an entire section of seats not sold as season tickets that we can reserve for situations like this?

** Asking because I don't know the answer. I just assumed we sold every seat as season tickets and figured we wouldn't have a section empty like that if we wanted it

I know most of the guys are NSD, or close it, guys but is there any chance someone like Holland commits this weekend?
It's possible. Other than AU leading it's hard to tell when that kid is gonna do something.

No. LSU was in on him long before we got back in the mix. Probably had the LSU OV already planned.

I didn't see the interview but I guess Bruce Pearl at some point mentioned how glad he was to help out the football program with its big recruiting weekend. I guess he ate breakfast with Gus and the recruits too to try and help recruit.

How the heck did we get so lucky? I thought we used it all in 2013

There is always a ticket alottment set aside for recruits of various sports for an AU basketball game. Section N on the floor is always for recruits first. Section 116 was set aside for football specifically tonight. It was probably pre planned a long time ago by the football staff and AD how many tickets they wanted set aside for the OVs for this weekend. Long time as in before the season.

Nope. Technically it's an AU/SCar/LSU battle. But really its a AU/Scar battle.

Where are you getting that from? Everything I read before I went to work said SCar was slipping and it was an AU/LSU battle.

ETA: And every report I have read had LSU in it as much as AU and some more so.

No. That was the perception through this last weekend. What I posted came since then. He said as recently as 2 days ago he did not know who would get his last OV between AU and UF. We may get him but make no mistake LSU is squarely in the hunt. In fact, if we get Byron and Cece I think Key lands at LSU.

Also, we'll probably be hearing a lot of things tomorrow but I will be unavailable until late afternoon. So don't expect OP to be updated until at least like 3ish

I have some bagman duties to take care of
