Because you weren't. You completely neglected my POV that Gus has indeed developed QBs even in 1 year as compared to what they did under previous staffs. There was even statistical evidence to support my POV.

I'm sorry, E. Didn't mean to do that. I see your point, but see mine too: That it was Gus's offense that made these guys appear to be better, rather than his quote-unqoute Quarterback development skills.

Or, agree to disagree.

I'm not telling her shite. This woman has provided too much entertainment

Don't mean that in a negative way, either. It was cool watching someone to from " frick all these people tweeting me" to " frick all the people who don't like all the people tweeting me, WDE."

In my mind, this is the same thing. If we take a 1* type guy and make him play like a 5*, that is development even if it is just hte offense working its magic

Got a call from the NCAA Eligibility Center today ... Your boy qualified & will be enrolling directly into Auburn this summer! #Blessed #WDE

Thornton is gonna be a beast Seriously was worried about him qualifying.

A Prattville insider on AUR posted he was doing much better a couple months ago. Also per Hoke Thornton ain't qualified or good to go yet.

Was it just that his test score got approved? That is like 90% of the battle I feel like since a lot of kids can do summer classes worst case

ETA: I am going to miss it when Cam graduates. He talked with Torrance Gibson today in the AD and per Hoke recruited him to AU. Hopefully he comes back for grad school or some BS so he can keep being a student recruiter

Deondre Francois and Jacques Patrick are visiting together today and I think staying until tomorrow. University of Paris is one to watch here.

Probably. His final course work grades will still have to be cleared.

Don't know where to put this, but it's been a few years since I've been in Auburn. Went yesterday, and my gosh that place has changed. I was really impressed.

SIAP but per AUC AU is now 3rd for 4* OL Nick Wilson after leading at one point. The reason we are 3rd is because he is 3rd on our staff's Center board behind Warmack and Quarvez Boulware.

Throw Cam Newton onto the field with the Carolina Panthers in 2010 instead of at Auburn and you'd see a miserable QB. He did a hell of a job developing Cam.

heard that he's already over 230 lbs. If he gets to 250, he can contribute right away in the rotation.

Thornton excites me, but what about Andrew Williams? His body is ready, but it could take a little bit to adjust from 1-A ball in GA to the SEC. Adams did well so we will see, I think by mid season he ought to be ready.

My little brother is taking the same online classes as Pettway to graduate. I dont know how he is doing but these classes are so easy that my little brother spends more time on his phone than paying attention and has an "A." TIFWIW

Doesn't mean anything. There was a guy in my English class in high school who had an offer to pitch at Auburn. The teacher made every effort he could to pass the guy as long as the guy actually did the work. Dude failed the class and blew his offer. Went to JUCO and didn't make the grades there either. He was supposed to be a stud but blew any chance he had.

Eagles Landing does Crossfit football workouts which from my understanding is somewhat close to what Russell does. He should be an early weight room syandout

Totally agree that Williams has the physical maturity to contribute early.

Thornton is a guy that just has freakish athletic abilities and length as a DE. At 6'6 with his long limbs and VERY fast get-off on the LOS, he'll create issues for OTs.
