I'm not arguing anything, really. But the fact is, Clint was Gus's recruit. Y'all can say he was this or he was that, blah blah, yada yada, but he was Gus's boy.
If you remember correctly, Tyrik Rollison was also in that class, and he was supposed to be the future before he flunked out. Also, Gus Malzahn and the rest of Gene Chizik's class was hired late, so they had to throw together a class as fast as they could. We were low on quarterbacks at the time and Clint Moseley was recruited for the purpose of depth.
