I thought Ryan Davis was WR and Tim Irvin was DB?

Seems like our DE recruiting will be better from top to bottom than Walker if we get any of Prince, Cowart, Key and CeCe

Randy is just NegaBarnin

Nickel back and safety. FWIW one insider said Irvin would take Westry's spot if we get him.

So this explains Westry having to reschedule his OV?

I always feel bad when a kid, especially a fairly early commit, loses a spot. I know it is a business but he is going to have to scramble to find a new home which sucks for him

Which means he should change his avi name. There was nothing negA about the late great Macho Man. Instead of OHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHH! our Randy says OHHHHHHHHH NOOOOOO!

We have Bizarro Savage.

Boom sees him as a safety and has at least 2 guys on his board he likes at safety and both are visiting this weekend, Irvin and Torance Gibson. We are recruiting TG the same as we did Jason Smith, first shot at QB but if it does not work out there Boom wants him at safety.

Not sure if I like that. While I don't mind shorter corners as long as they stick to their man like glue, I don't like the idea of having a 5'8 safety.

I used to feel this way too but I really don't anymore. If he were a diehard AU fan and it was some Rudy story I might feel bad but otherwise that's just the nature of the business. If he's good enough he'll find a spot regardless. Vast majority of recruits make their decision with their own interests in mind, we should do the same. Not sure if that makes me sound bad but as a very loose follower of recruiting I've seen enough instances of kids flipping this way and that to convince me the vast majority are only looking out for #1. I don't have a problem with that but they better understand its a 2 way street

Youre right, I was mixed up. Don't mind me, I'm a dumbass. For some reason I thought he committed to Texas as a WR.

What's going on with DC this year? 189th in recruiting. 2 guys, a 3 and 4?

From what I've seen over the years instincts, positioning, and smarts have been more important than height at the safety position. 4 of the 6 safeties in this years pro bowl for example are shorter than 6 feet.

Outside of WRs and Arden Key we have not sicked him on any of our Big Boom targets yet. Craig's 2015 target list
