Big if true. Really good player. Could play either side.

I've been telling yall about Slayton for 6 months now. I went to GACS from 3rd grade through high school. He won the 100m and 200m @ the 2-A State Track Championship as a freaking SO!! Have talked to my uncle a few times and he told me that Darius loved AU. Coach Cheese went to one of his games last year when we had a Bye Week. Will see what else I can find out.

Tucker HS is very close to where I grew up as well. We need to set up camp there. They put 2 or more kids in big time programs each year. Remember Ricky Sutton??? Yep, Tucker.

He won with times of 11.00 (100m) and 22.55 (200m). How do these stack up to with other Sophomores, if you know?

Not sure on comparison of times. While he plays 2-A ball in GA, the competition is better than one might think. Lovett is in the same region and won the state title. Buford use to be in their region. GACS also had Caleb King, Micah Andrews (son of William) and Brandon Southerland (UGA/NFL). Just to name a few guys. GACS is located between Norcross HS, North Gwinnett, Buford, Brookwood and Parkview. Lots of talent!

Sorry for long post but I know some people like to know what competition they face.

Moved up for Trent Thompson. UGA still the leader though.

Before this weekend it was
1. UGA
2. FSU
3. Auburn/UT

Trent Thompson has a Top 3 of Auburn, FSU and Georgia. Natrez Patrick, AU, bama, Georgia.

Jonathan Ledbetter said things could get interesting with his committment to bama with teammate ESullivan now committed to us. Really liked the visit today.

RE: Mack
quote:

(Allie @ AUR) spoke with Mack on the phone a few minutes ago ... with regard to TT's comment about Mack flipping from TAMU ... not the case. (Mack) feels comfortable with the TAMU staff and remains committed. He does, though, want to build up relationships Gus and coaches.

Mack is staying til tomorrow morning so that's when we will likely hear anything at the earliest.

ETA: Or not.

FAP! :insertskittlefacialgif:

ETA: Apologize for the premature Djaculation. Launch sequence was on alert after the Lawson/Williams pic. Then I thought about Mack and Thompson/Payne between them and...well...but not ghey. Not that there is anything wrong with it...

Little more on Mack:
quote:

"I'm still committed to A&M. I'm more comfortable with A&M right now. I have to visit Auburn a couple more times to get the same amount of comfortability with the coaches."
quote:

"I'm going take another visit ... pretty sure over the summer," he said. "I'm going to get my dad and my mom to come this time."

That is how I am reading him. It seems to me he just wants to get more comfortable and that may mean having his parents approve Auburn.

I think you guys are reading way too much into it, but i like y'all's enthusiasm

As for Sullivan, I was impressed with his film... Give me about 10 dudes like him and we'll win some games... could be a weapon at FB/H if star doesn't work out.

I'm adding in other comments and things said to go along with his quotes. It just seems interesting to be so committed to aTm and yet keep coming to Auburn. Wanting your parents to attend Auburn with you. That kid is not 110% committed to the aggies...
