Auburn is stil talking to (Deshaun)Watson and trying to get him down for a practice. However, I do consider him a longshot at this time. Auburn is trying to make a move with Jacob Park again. He's a top target.

Other than Tre, this should shoot Kevin Mouhon to the top of the LB priority list IMO

Rivals has an article about Ronnie Clark up. Anyone know where we stand with him?
Bama lock, I think they may even be looking at him for LB?
So we miss on Watson, Cornwell, Park, Grier, Hensen who else is there lol

Guess this was planned ahead of the Hamilton news.
Good player.

My immediate thoughts as well..
We didn't offer him until this morning. I assume after SDH called and told the coaches he was committing to Bama.

Who is still left on our board for LB outside of Tre Williams then?
Also, where are we on Rashaan Evans? Do we get him for a hybrid DE/LB role?

From Keith Niebuhr 247.
Hard not to like this kid.
Good skills. Good offer list. Good film.
And he probably has been one of the friendliest kids in the 2014 class I have spoken with.
Not tall. But guess what -- neither is Shaun Hamilton
We have him rated as a 4-star. Industry-generated 247Composite has him as a 3-star. Don't be shocked if the other sites don't eventually come around as they see more of him. That's my opinion anyway.
If you're an AU fan, you have to love the fact he committed right after getting the offer.
He had several good options, but wanted to be a Tiger.

He is listed at 6' but I wonder if that really is closer to 5'10.
People seemed disappointed they didn't get him from other schools so I am excited. Also good to have a Prattville, St Pauls and Vigor commit all in this class. Nice to see we can recruit talent from instate again
Bugs me that we missed on SDH since we have put so much time and effort into that recruitment. We pulled all the stops for him and have JJ.
Just hate being reminded we have such a long way to go

5.1 - 40 time. I hope that is wrong.

Bryan Matthews says the top two are Williams and Evans.

I wouldn't be surprised if we take both from what people say about Evans. Seems like people think he can play DE or another positino as well

That sounds like the plan to me. Take him and find out where he can play. With only 2 LB positions, we don't want to take too many spots there.

I'll wait to see him play on the field before judging his speed.
