The quotes from DQ sound like a bullet hard sell recruiting message a coach would be delivering.
Sound like he wears orange and blue boxers but you never know.

I assume we are not recruiting him for RB right? Also what are the chances LSU starts recruiting him?

Can't imagine ASU will feel safe about keeping this kid

Sounds to me like R. Evans' parents oddly enough would like to see him at Bama where he would 'properly develop into an NFL player.' Article also makes it sound like we have to beat uga and bama to get him haha.

Not necessarily. I may not have posted it on AUSECR before but Per 2 sources inside Prattville's program, Kam Pettway is having major struggles trying to qualify.

They have. Offered him as an ATH last week.

With Tennessee making him their top priority at RB, LSU offering as an ATH, and if we get heavily in it then yeah I would worry if I was ASU.

FWIW sources per BOL and AUC says AU and UGA are the top 2 with AUC sources saying AU is probably a slight leader.

You'd be one of the few that really thinks that right now.

Where there is smoke there is probably somewhat of a fire. Auburn doesn't interest the kid, he's lived here his entire life and never fully expressed the interest in Auburn like he has with other schools.

It's just a matter of reality right now. His parents want him at Alabama, Saban has the means to get him there, and the next alternative would be UGA.

Just because his mom likes Saban does not mean the generalized statement of his parents want him at Bama is true. You know as well as I that when Bama leads for a kid that BOL is the first Bama site all over it. Them saying Bama is probably 3rd even though they are making a push is very telling IMO.
They would be the first ones to say Bama is leading if they were.

As for the not expressing interest in Auburn part I think the getting away from home stuff that he was saying til we started winning was just his excuse to get out of Auburn. He saw first hand that shipwreck of a 2012 season and probably did not want to be apart of a rebuilding project like he thought would have to happen at Auburn for a couple years. He now knows this team will win so we will see in short time if the location thing was an excuse to get out of a bad sitch or for real.

Only thing that puts doubt in my head is that Bama starts working these kids in January, especially any that like AU/UGA and sends flipper the dolphin

They talked to him a lot as a junior last year. This year they have been to see him only a couple of times that I know of. I know he has offers from UAB and a couple of LA/FLA small schools. Foley plays AU high school this Friday so I am sure there will be some Scouts here. Kid is athletic. Our QB is young here so his stats dont show his abilities.
